DELIVERY & RETURNS

Standard turnaround times differ for RTW and bespoke garments. Shipping timelines for international clients are clearly communicated, and tracking is provided for every order. We provide regular updates at each stage so clients are informed throughout the process. Timelines may vary slightly for complex or priority orders. 

Shipping begins after the completion of the garment: 

Local Orders: 2–3 days (standard), overnight for urgent requests 

International Orders: 7–14 days (standard), 4–5 days for urgent requests 

Timelines may also vary slightly due to political unrest, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances, but clients are always informed promptly. 

All made-to-measure and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

In the rare case of a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and our team will assist you. 

For ready-to-wear pieces (if applicable), exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis—we’ll always do our best to help and make it right for you.
